Steve created Your Spending Coach to help other advice professionals learn the power of having great budgeting and cashflow conversations with their clients. Because Steve has had hundreds of these kinds of client conversations over the years, it makes him the ideal Lead Trainer, as he can share these experiences with you, to help you understand how to apply the lessons learnt back into your business.
He launched Experience Wealth in 2008 to focus on Generation XY clients. He started his business with no clients, no referral partners and had never been a Financial Adviser before. Today his business is going strong, in particular his "Money Coaching" offer... so strong in fact that in July 2019 Steve made the decision to focus exclusively on Money Coaching and exit out of Financial Advice.
Experience Wealth's GenXY client base has grown almost exclusively from client referrals - the majority of which are a direct result of his budgeting, cashflow and banking components within his Money Coaching offer. Steve has taken these components from his model and teaches them to you as part of the Your Spending Coach program.Qualifications:
Bret's foray into the finance industry was by chance. Growing up, a next-door neighbour gave him his first opportunity into banking and lending by taking a punt on him to help out the local bank – an opportunity which he took by the horns and has run with for over a decade.
Over the past 10 years, experience in the finance & mortgage sector allowed him to see how common place it was for people to get boxed into a cookie cutter banking and lending setup, which more often than not benefited the lender and the broker, rather than the customer.
He figured there was no better way to try fix the problem than to be the change he wanted to see, which brought him to Experience Wealth (and Your Spending Coach) in 2018.
The role Bret plays as our Banking & Lending Coach is to work with our 'Money Coaches' to help them understand all aspects of the Banking (and Lending) side of the clients Money Management program. Specifically what 'best practice' setups look like, what options you have to create them, and if you're not building them yourself, how to work with another Mortgage Broker to get the setup that is right for the clients and for you.Qualifications:
